We post your order as soon as it is packed, usually within one working day. You get an email the moment it leaves. Delivery within the EU then takes two to five working days. Outside the EU, expect seven to ten working days, sometimes longer if customs take a look. Shipping is free from two stickers, wherever you are in the world. On a single sticker you pay shipping, and you see the cost before you check out. If you order from outside the EU, your own country may charge import duties or VAT. Those costs are yours and are separate from what you pay us.
You have fourteen days after delivery to cancel your order, without having to explain why. Let us know via the contact form and we confirm it right away. Every sticker comes in a sealed foil pouch. As long as that seal is intact, you can simply send the sticker back. Once the foil is open we can no longer sell the sticker, so we cannot take it back. Return the product within fourteen days of your notice. Return postage is yours. Once we receive your return we refund within fourteen days, the same way you paid.
Payments run through Stripe. They handle the payment and the VAT side of it. We never receive or store payment details. All prices include 21 percent Dutch VAT. Sales to countries outside the EU are exempt from Dutch VAT. Whatever your own country charges in import duties or tax is separate from that. Need an invoice? Request one via the contact form.
We use your name, address and email address to fulfil your order. If you gave permission, we also use your email address to tell you when there are new stickers. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the carrier, so your parcel arrives, and with Stripe, so your payment can be processed. We keep your order details for seven years, because the tax office requires it. You can always ask what data we hold or have it deleted. Get in touch via the contact form.
