Collectors call this one Bubble Mew. Shiny Mew drifting inside a soap bubble, and the whole card has that same iridescent film over it, so the colours shift depending on how you hold it. Paldean Fates was the shiny set, and this was the card at the top of it. Special Illustration Rare, 180 HP, and the one everybody opened boxes hoping to find. Two years later it still runs into the hundreds, and graded copies have gone past a thousand dollars. Shiny Mew has always been the one you were never really supposed to get. On a bank card the bubble effect is the whole point. It does not sit still. Tilt it towards the light and the colours run across it while you are waiting for the terminal to beep. Soap bubble. Costs more than the machine reading it.
